At the time of taking them I started to have constipation (I’m not 100% sure it was because of these tablets) and stopped taking them, so constipation went away. Despite this I think they are good and they fulfill their function, apart from having a good quantity-price ratio. They are made in the UK, which at least gives me enough confidence.
