I have this product for quite a few weeks and just looked at it and didn’t take it, because I couldn’t believe it would really work. Then my injured shoulder became really bad after wrenching it again one more time.… I was seeing stars and at that point, I figured what do I have to lose? I started taking one pill at a time just to see if I would had any reaction to it, and after the first day of four pills my shoulder pain became bearable and actually much better. I decided that this was just a coincidence, that this Rosehip thing couldn’t possibly work, so I stopped taking it. Once again I saw stars, so now I am a believer that this product really does work. I take these as an alternative to glucosamine+ which didn’t work well for me. They’re not great for knees but seem to really work well for my hips. Plan ahead as the shipping can be a little unpredictable. Still, worth the wait!

The container fits through the letterbox. Tablets are a strange browny red colour compared to other brands of this tablet I’ve had before. No after taste. My painful knees are no more. Pain free joints. I’m now getting up stairs much easier. Great price.
