Where is my order?

Your order will be shipped by our shipping team. Your order will be regularly inspected by HM Customs. Therefore, we ask you to allow 10 working days for UK delivery and 30 working days for international delivery before contacting us.

In case your order is still not received during this period, please send us inquiry from here.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

We will dispatch all orders within 48 hours (all orders for Friday, weekend and bank holidays will ship within 24 hours of the next business day). If you want to cancel or change your order for any reason, we recommend that you send an email to [email protected] or send us a message through the WhatsApp number +447448601341.

We cannot guarantee that your order can always be modified or cancelled prior to shipment.

The item which I want to order is out of stock, when will it come available?

We cannot guarantee when the item will be restocked. We hope to notify you when the product is available, so please send an email to [email protected], and we will notify you when it is available. We won’t share any of your personal information with anyone like your name email id and contact number.

How do I return an item?

We accept returns of any order within 14 days of receipt. You only need to send your order number and reason for return to our customer service email id.

All our products’ packaging is recyclable. We advise the customer to remove label before recycling.

What is GMP Standards?

Good manufacturing practice (GMP) is the minimum standard that a supplement manufacturer must meet in their production processes.

Products must:

  • be of consistent high quality
  • be appropriate to their intended use
  • meet the requirements of the marketing authorisation (MA) or product specification.
Is it Necessary to take the capsules and tablets with a glass of water?

Yes. Always be sure to take the tablet or capsule with plenty of liquid to aid in swallowing and rinsing. Taking the tablets or capsules with hot beverages such as tea or coffee is not recommended as excessive drinking will not only burn your mouth, but can also cause the tablets or capsules to disintegrate prematurely.

Are all Prowise products are Gluten-Free?

Yes, our all products are gluten-free.
