Returns

Our “no quibbles” guarantee means that if we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals intact & item in sale able conditions) and we will issue a full refund. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. In case if the item is faulty.

Repackage the item in the original packaging.

Create your Freepost return

Take your item to any Post Office and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return.

Once you drop the parcel at the Post office, please notify us at customerservice@prowisehealthcare.com with your order and return tracking number.

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.
