I have been taking liquid capsules for almost 2 weeks now and to be honest I have never seen any food supplements with such immediate effect. First of all I like to congratulate prowise for this premium packaging. I have been their regular customers and bought few products in the past. I am aware about curcumin benefits as there is so much stuff available online now a days. But after more details research about Novasol I was convenience that claims of higher Bioavailability is something which i should try then normal turmeric curcumin tablets/capsules.
I wanted to try these as curcumin is supposed to be good for inflammation and has many other added benefits. Due to my age and active lifestyle my knee is starting to complain but i dont want to take pharmaceuticals products as i am always believer of natural ingredients as they don’t have any foreign material.
These liquid capsules are small i would say and easy to take with small amount of water. The small round bottle contains 60 capsules which is easy to store or carry if you travel a lot. There was a nice surprise so this bottle is a months supply as you consumed 2 capsules a day with food.
Another interesting part it comes with Vitamin D my favorite supplements which i believe should take throughout year as NHS website has so much data about vitamin D which also means i don’t have to take any other extra supplements
So far inflammation is much better and my knee feels good within short period of time. If these capsules makes me feel same what i am feeling now will continue to buy forever.

I have been taking turmeric capsules with black pepper from another supplier but there was still hint of joint pain and wanted to use better version of turmeric as i wanted to avoid pain killers and nasty paracetamol which has cause side effects. New liqcaps was more appealing to me due to product claims of 185 times more bioavailable. I have pain in my toe throughout whole year but in winter it gets worst and was looking for permanent solution rather then temporary pain killers which has cause me stomach upset.

I was going through some article and blog how people were getting pain relief by using turmeric/curcumin. Being coming from Asian background turmeric is been widely used in our traditional food. But due to other spices added into it never benefited much so I have decided to take turmeric capsules and i have use Prowise healthcare in the past and still continues to buy some products for my mrs and my other family members.
Challenge for me is to go with turmeric powder capsules which is widely sales in a market but I came across Novasol liquid curcumin which prowise was selling and did bit of reseach how good are liquid capsules compare to normal turmeric powder capsules. An Asian colleague advised me to try Turmeric to help minimise colds and flu as I always seem to get everything that’s going around and since I work in schools, that’s quite a lot, and in all the years we’ve been working together I’ve never know her to suffer from a cold. I have a very low immune system as I suffer from Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) so need all the help I can get. Because of this I am entitled to the free flu jab but that doesn’t help with colds so I do tend to take supplements that will help my immune system during the winter: oregano oil, garlic, cod liver oil, olive leaf, Vitamin C, so I was happy to add this in too (I’m going to rattle, lol) and I don’t think that I’ve suffered as badly this winter. I haven’t been cold-free but I do feel like I’ve been more able to fight them off more quickly. One thing that I hadn’t realised beforehand about Turmeric is its pain killing abilities, that aspect has been more of a revelation to me than the immunity boost :-O. It’s a funny thing with pain, when you don’t have any you don’t notice, it’s only when I stopped taking the supplements and the pain returned that I noticed! A good pain killer is very important to me as I can’t tolerate Paracetamol because of my NAFLD and I also suffer from acid reflux so have to be very careful how much aspirin and Ibuprofen I take because of that, plus they have a tendency to cause me to have nose bleeds. Turmeric, Serrapeptase and Hemp Oil drops are keeping me pain free without all the unwanted side effects, so I’m happy to continue taking them.
The price of these is unavailable at the time of writing this review so I can’t comment on the value for money but there are 60 capsules in the tub and you take 2 a day, so a month’s supply. They are capsules so easy to swallow. They have a slight odour in the tub but you can’t smell them when they are out of the tub and they don’t taste of anything.

1. The capsules come in a black plastic bottle, with a black plastic screw top lid.
2. There is a security seal under the lid.
3. You get 60 capsules, so at the recommended dose of 2 per day (preferably with a meal) you get enough for one month.
4. The capsules themselves are fairly chunky, with a liquid inside. However, I find that they slip down easily for me, although I do know that some people have trouble taking capsules etc.
5. I have been taking them for two weeks now and they have caused me no side effects. I tried one capsule per day for the first week, upping it to the full dose the second week.
6. I have noticed that my knees are not so painful on going up stairs, which I must put down to the capsules. I can’t say that I have noticed a difference in my neck pain but I will carry on taking the full 60 capsules and hope I might see an improvement.
7. As well as the curcumin you get 216% of Vitamin D3 per serving.
8. They are allergen free, maximum absorption, non GMO, 100% vegetarian, lactose, gluten and wheat free and with no gelatine. Made in Germany.

I have been taking turmeric supplements for many years and this is the first time for me to try the liquid form. The capsules are regular size and it is suggested to take 2 capsules a day. I usually find other brands with black pepper added to enhance absorption, this one is with vitamin D added which I am not sure if it is for the same purpose. 1000mg active ingredient per 2 capsules, similar to the other brands.
